Sigute Trimakaite sings with ease and accuracy. The same can be said about her rhythm, phrasing, and articulation. These characteristics are captivating not only because of their precision, but also for the simplicity with which they are carried out.
Sigute Trimakaite possesses an exceptional musical hypnotism. Musically she engages her entire soul and body. Her delivery is uncommonly accurate, her intonation clean, her high notes easily sung. The sensitivity which comes with her dynamics and her expressiveness are what create this impression.
The singer’s soprano voice renders accurately the arabesques and virtuoso melismatics of Baroque melodies; she succeeds in deeply and expressively, while at the same tame very simply and directly immersing herself in the whirling poeticism of the emotional melodies of the Romantic composers, “while in her renditions of 20th century music, “she extracts all available recourses of tonal expression”.
