Currently young violinist has concerts in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Belourus and South Korea
with different orchestras, i.e. Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, Novosibirsk State Symphony
Orchestra, Ulyanovsk State Symphony Orchestra, Saint Petersburg State Symphony Orchestra and
others. She takes part in various festivals and series of concerts where such celebrities as Natalia
Gutman, Nina Kogan, Alexander Paley take part as well.
The soloist’s repertoire includes opuses for violin with orchestra by P. Tchaikovsky, J. Brahms, J.
Sibelius, D.Shostakovich, S. Prokofiev, M. Bruch, C.Saint-Saens, M. Ravel, J. S. Bach, A, Vivaldi, F.

In 2005 Saulė started performing with her sister pianist Rūta. This duo has performed F.
Mendelssohn’s Concerto for Violin, Piano and Chamber Orchestra. Since then they have been
successfully performing in Lithuania and abroad. In 2007 The Queen Symphony for choir, soloists and
orchestra performed by the State Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Gintaras Rinkevicius) while
sisters performed the violin and piano parts, was extremely well received by audience. The 4th year
in a row this symphony is one of the most successful projects in Lithuania and abroad.
‘The violinist Saulė Rinkevičiūtė has a wonderful musical intuition and can understand and perform
complex and profound opuses for violin convincingly …,’ this is how music critics refer to the young
violinist.
