Lithuanian-Russian baritone Romanas Kudriašovas has recently sung the role of Sacristan in a semi-staged production of Tosca, alongside with Bryn Terfel and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonics, conducted by Vasily Petrenko.  Previous this year he has performed  Lockit in Britten‘s The Beggar’s Opera with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Richard Farnes, which will be released on a CD next year. Future performances include duo-recitals throughout Lithuania with works of Verdi and Wagner, as well as  concerts with songs of Schubert and Britten for the European Opera Centre.

Recent engagements also included a tour in China with Brahms‘  Four Quartets Op. 92 and Lieberslieder Walzer Op. 52; 
Opera stage experience includes Elviro (Handel Serse) for Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (with Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra), Valens (Handel Theodora) (Sacred Opera Berlin), Antenor  (J.P.Rameau Dardanus) for the European Opera Center, performed in Limerick and Liverpool with the European Opera Centre Orchestra (cond. Laurent Pillot), Bill (K.Weil/B.Brecht  Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny) for the Hamburg  University of Music and Theater, with the Hamburg State Symphony Orchestra (cond. Siegfried Schwab). Opera scenes include Count (W.A.Mozart Le Nozze di Figaro) for RWCMD and Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, Papageno (W.A.Mozart  Die Zauberflöte), Dancairo (G.Bizet Carmen), Billy Budd (B.Britten Billy Budd), Onegin (P.I.Tchaikowsky Eugene Onegin). Harlekin (R. Strauss Ariadne auf Naxos), Notar (R. Strauss Der Rosenkavalier), Guglielmo (W.A.Mozart Cosi fan tutte), performed at the Opera Gala concerts at the University  of Music and Theater in Hamburg.

Concert repertoire  includes Handel  Alexander’s Feast (for the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival),  Messiah, Judas Maccabeus,  Theodora, Bach  Johannes Passion (for the Warsaw Beethoven Festival), Weinachtsoratorium, B Minor Mass, Magnificat, Keiser Markuspassion, Mozart Requiem, C Minor Mass, Rossini  Petite Messe Solennelle,  Art songs by Schumann, Schubert and others. 
Recordings include Stravinsky Les Noces (Priest) for GLOR classics (conducted by Sylvain Cambreling).

Romanas has studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and at the  University  of Music and Theater in Hamburg with Geert Smits, in the Master‘s Opera Programme (awarded by the Hamel and Ritter foundations ). He has taken masterclasses with Laurent Pillot and John Norris (at the European Opera Centre), Christoph Prégardien, Peter Schreier (at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival) and Buddug Verona James (at  the Vilnius Opera Studio).  Coaches, conductors and direcotrs he has worked with includes:  Raminta Lampsatis, John Norris, Florian-Malte Leibrecht, Dominik Neuner, Bernard Rozet, Burkhard Kehring, Siegfried Schwab, Laurent Pillot, Rolf Beck, Sylvain Cambreling, Richard Farnes, Vasily Petrenko.
He is the prize winner in the 2012 Elise-Meyer Competition, 2011 Hamburg Mozart competition and in the „Beatrice“ international chamber music singing competition (2011).
