Laima Šulskutė-Romoslauskienė studied in the Vilnius J.Tallat Kelpša High Music School. In 1977 she entered the Moscow Conservatoire and graduated from it in 1982. Afterwards, she continued her post-graduate studies in Moscow. At present, she is teaching in Vilnius Conservatory.

L.Šulskutė-Romoslauskienė began her intensive concert activities immediately after graduation. She performs both as a soloist and as a member of various chamber music groups. Her repertoire consists of classical and modern music. As a soloist, she has also performed with the Lithuanian National Symphony and Lithuanian Chamber orchestras, M.K.Čiurlionis Quartet, Vilnius New Music Ensemble, and with pianists A.Paley, A.Staškus, S.Okruško, and A.Vasiliauskas .

She has taken part in several international festivals, including Prague Spring in the Czech Republic; A.Pärt music festival in England; Moulin d’Andé in France; and several festivals in Austria, Poland, and elsewhere.

She is a flutist and one of the founders of the chamber ensemble, “Vilniaus Arsenalas”.
