"The two principal performers of solo parts in La serva padrona Gintarė Skerytė (Serpina) and Ignas Misiūra (the old Uberto) have deserved high compliments. (…) The soloists proved themselves as great actors. (…) Although Misiūra’s part of the old Uberto was vocally too low, however his scenic flexibility, candid acting and the meritoriously performed duo with Skerytė has “compensated” some low notes, which he sang with not so much virtuoso."
"A beautiful vocal, high quality singing and an especially pleasant harmonious artistic partnership dominated. Both soloists (A. Krikščiūnaitė and I. Misiūra) were singing solo and duo alternately, while supporting each other amiably, and the music performed by them was weaving expressive dramaturgy of the evening."
"We have a team of young performers, whose knowledge, know-how and musical data allow them to perform excellently the opuses of the great epoch. The voices of the soloists G. Skerytė and I. Misiūra were, perhaps, the most beautiful confirmation of this event."
"I.Misiūra gab der Partie des Elias (F. Mendelssohn-Bartholdys "Elias-Oratorium") sowohl extreme Durchsetzungskraft (Die Anrufung des Baal) als auch ganz zarte Töne (Arie)."
"The bass (Quoniam tu solus sanctus) and baritone (Et in spiritum sanctum) arias were performed by Ignas Misiūra-Tumanovas. The audience and the critics often notice the pleasant and warm timbre of this singer; the soloist’s great experience in performing opuses for choir and oratories gives good artistic dividends."
"During the event (on Opera in da House), opera soloists who improvised a great deal had impersonated various characters: each of them was creating a certain role during the concert. I. Misiūra who pretended to be a very playful priest brought down the whole house."
"Ignas Misiūra has been participating in various festivals, perhaps, the most frequently; he performs brilliantly both modern music and the old masterpieces. (…) I. Misiūra is a reliable partner of recognized ensembles colouring many significant opuses with his subtle timbre. The bass part in Messiah matched perfectly the soloist’s abilities."
"(...) I. Misiūra’s singing is marked by expressive diction, wide range of emotions (the sound of his voice used to reveal the character and tone of the aria), subtle and smooth filiration of sound and precise performance of tiny note passages."
